Your returns/cancellations will be processed within 7 business days of receipt of request or products arriving back at our locations, only if order qualifies for return.
Upon successful verification, your request for exchange/replacement or refund in the form of your original method of payment or credits will be commenced. Please note that we may not be able to exchange/replace products bought during sale or discount. Replacement/exchange is subject to product/ stock availability.
- For payments done through credit/debit cards or paypal, the refund will be processed back to the same account from which payment was made. Kindly note this may take 5-15 business days to arrive in your account.
NO REFUNDABLE CATEGORY OF ORDERS
Orders/products which do not qualify for Return:
- Product has been altered, misused or used.
- If the Product is damaged due to the client. To guarantee that the customer/client didn’t damage the content/product, the client/customer needs to provide proof as confirmation of damaged product while unpacking the parcel. Any proof shared after 5 days of delivery will not qualify for return/cancellation.
Any request of refund which is initiated after 5 business days of order delivery will not qulaify for return/cancellation.
In case you have received a damaged or incorrect product, kindly follow these steps within 5 days of delivery of the order
- Step 1: Contact our Customer Support group at support@insideoutbeautyfromwithin.com within 5 days of delivery of the order.
- Step 2: Tell us your reason for requesting return/refund/exchange/replacement with your order Number details.
- Step 3: Within 2-4 business days, we will arrange pickup of the parcel and will initiate refund/replacement only if the product is provided to us in its original packaging along with all labels, barcodes and seals intact.
MULTIPLE ORDER CANCELLATION OR RETURN
You can request for return/replacement/refund for any product from an order with multiple items. However, the request for return/replacement/refund is adhere to our return and cancellation policy.
