    I signed up to the weight loss plan in February, initially I was only really interested in trying the shakes but for not much more I got a full plan so I went with that. Both shakes taste amazing! I’ve tried a ton of weight loss shakes before and none have come close to tasting this good. I have lost nearly a stone since starting?i have a knee injury and find excersise difficult so I am having 2 shakes a day and this has really helped me loose weight. The day and night teas are also really good I feel much better during the day than I did before starting my plan. All in all very satisfied with everything.
